NATIONSTAR has received multiple ESG honors, demonstrating notable achievements in sustainable development

Recently, NATIONSTAR has achieved remarkable success in the ESG sector, winning a series of honors including being listed in the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area State-owned Enterprises ESG Development Index", being awarded the "2025 Enterprise Public Welfare Communication Innovation Case" by Southern Public Welfare, and receiving an "A" rating in the CCX Green Resources International ESG Rating, demonstrating the company's strong capabilities in environmental, social and governance aspects.

List of "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area State-owned Enterprises ESG Development Index"

On September 5th, the "5th State-owned Enterprise Social Value Forum & ESG China · Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Corporate Social Responsibility Conference" was held in Shenzhen. With its outstanding performance in ESG governance, social value creation, risk management and other fields, NATIONSTAR has been selected into the list of "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area State-owned Enterprises ESG Development Index" for two consecutive years.

The "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area State-owned Enterprises ESG Development Index" focuses on the ESG performance of state-owned enterprises and listed companies in the Greater Bay Area. It conducts a comprehensive evaluation of enterprises across three sub-dimensions: ESG governance, social value, and risk management, providing an important reference for promoting ESG initiatives in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

2025 Enterprise Public Welfare Communication Innovation Case by Southern Public Welfare

On August 29, the 2025 Southern Public Welfare Brand Annual Conference & Enterprise ESG Themed Event, hosted by Nanfang Daily, was held in Guangzhou. NATIONSTAR's project "Striving for the 'Hundred, Thousand, Ten Thousand Project' to Jointly Create a New Blueprint for High-Quality Development" was awarded the "2025 Enterprise Public Welfare Communication Innovation Case" by Southern Public Welfare.

The "Southern Public Welfare · 2025 Public Welfare Communication Innovation Cases" were selected and organized by Nanfang Media Group (Nanfang Daily). Through data collection and analysis of nearly 100 corporate public welfare projects, as well as processing more than 100,000 items of information across WeChat, Weibo, online forums and other platforms, a quantitative scorecard for corporate public welfare communication was finally formulated, providing practical models for advancing sustainable development goals.

CCX Green Resources International ESG Rating: Grade A

Recently, NATIONSTAR received an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) rating certificate issued by CCX Green Resources International Co., Ltd. (CCX Green Resources International for short), with an "A" rating. This marks the authoritative recognition of the company's sustainable development capabilities.

CCX Green Resources is a leading domestic green finance and ESG service institution, affiliated with China Chengxin Credit Rating Group, the largest and globally renowned credit rating group in China. Relying on an indicator system covering 57 sectors, a database of over 11,000 enterprises, and dynamic monitoring of more than 700 indicators, the company provides authoritative ESG rating services for the Chinese market. Its rating results are widely used by global investment institutions in asset allocation decisions, serving as a reliable ESG evaluation tool in China.

In recent years, in accordance with the decisions, arrangements and work requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guangdong Province and  Guangdong Guangsheng Holding Group Co., Ltd.(GDRH), NATIONSTAR has fully implemented the new development philosophy, integrated the ESG concept into its corporate development strategy, continuously improved and standardized its corporate governance structure, and promoted the coordinated development of economic, environmental and social benefits.
