【All-New Small-Pitch Transparent Interactive Screen】

As one of the key highlights of the exhibition, this screen adopts NATIONSTAR’s advanced packaging technology to deliver high brightness, 16-bit wide color gamut and nanosecond-level response speed.It can be integrated into transparent media such as automotive windshields and side windows, supporting intelligent interactive functions including AR navigation and safety alerts.

【Exterior Interactive Screen Modules】

Front welcome screens and taillight interactive screen modules are in mass production and have been successfully applied in multiple models such as AVATR 12 and IM L6.The "Crescent HALO Interactive Screen" equipped on AVATR 12 integrates 10,500 white-light LEDs, while the ISC Smart Taillight System of IM L6 adopts 2,300 red-light LEDs. Both achieve high brightness, high contrast and uniform light emission through NATIONSTAR’s patented technologies.

Exterior Lighting Achieves High-End Product Upgrading

In the exterior lighting exhibition area, NATIONSTAR showcased a full set of light source solutions for exterior signaling and lighting.Its developed ice-blue light products have been integrated into the intelligent driving systems of multiple automakers, supporting ADS lamps to realize intelligent interactions such as driving status reminders and complex road condition recognition, empowering intelligent driving for all.The ultra-red light sources covering 0.2–1W power feature high brightness and long service life, injecting cutting-edge technological charm and unique texture into modern automobiles.

Meanwhile, NATIONSTAR has developed the TOP2835 light source platform, suitable for various products including through-type taillights, ADS auxiliary lamps, fog lamps, and through-type daytime running lights. It reduces selection costs and enables fast cross-vehicle adaptation.

【Full-Series ADB Lamp Solutions】

On the other side of the exhibition area, the full-series ADB solutions were prominently displayed. Covering pixel levels from hundreds to millions, they can be flexibly adapted to scenarios such as matrix headlamps, intelligent interaction, and projection, accelerating the upgrading of intelligent driving lighting systems through differentiated technical routes.

Among them, the 10,000-level digital automotive lamp solution adopts NATIONSTAR’s self-developed mass transfer technology, achieving a minimum pixel pitch of 7.5μm — a masterpiece demonstrating NATIONSTAR’s core strength in Micro LED chip display device packaging. On site, this solution became a focal point of the exhibition area with its innovative breakthroughs, attracting many customers to stop and inquire.

Building a New Ecosystem for Smart Cockpit Technology Applications

Aligning with the trend of automotive intelligence, NATIONSTAR presented LED technology solutions for smart cockpits in the smart cockpit exhibition area, attracting numerous visitors to stop and experience.

For automotive displays, NATIONSTAR’s Mini LED backlight modules adopt large-emission-angle LED technology for a slim and lightweight design. The company can provide customized technical solutions based on customer requirements.
