On July 6, Xinhua News App published an article titled "NATIONSTAR Shines at 2026 Electronica China." The full text is reproduced below:
From July 1 to 3, the 2026 Electronica China was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. NATIONSTAR—a national high-tech enterprise and a Guangdong Provincial Manufacturing Single-Champion Enterprise based in Foshan, Guangdong—made a prominent appearance at the exhibition. With its diversified product portfolio and systematic solutions, the company showcased its innovative achievements in artificial intelligence, consumer electronics, new energy, and other fields to the industry.

As a key barometer of the global electronics and semiconductor industry, Electronica China serves as an important platform connecting global technology, industry, and markets. This year, the exhibition expanded to nearly 120,000 square meters, bringing together over 2,000 leading domestic and international exhibitors and attracting more than 70,000 professional visitors and industry experts for networking and exchange.
At the NATIONSTAR series exhibition zone, a full lineup of products—including transistor optocouplers, thyristor optocouplers, Darlington optocouplers, and high-speed optocouplers—was neatly displayed. The rich variety drew numerous professional visitors to stop by for in-depth discussions.

Optocouplers are devices that achieve electrical isolation between input and output through optical signal transmission. Widely used in industrial automation, smart grids, new energy, and home appliance control, they perform critical functions such as high-voltage/low-voltage isolation, noise suppression, and circuit protection—making them an essential safeguard for system safety and reliability.
In response to the growing demand for high-performance optocoupler devices in the new energy and industrial control markets, NATIONSTAR highlighted its DIP6 thyristor optocoupler and SSOP4 transistor optocoupler. The former features an ultra-high isolation withstand voltage of 5,000 Vrms and an ultra-wide operating temperature range of –55°C to +125°C, ensuring stable operation under extreme high- and low-temperature conditions. It is well-suited for industrial automation control, solenoid valve drives, and AC power switching applications. The latter adopts a lightweight package with excellent electrical isolation performance, making it ideal for space-constrained and reliability-critical applications such as smart home appliances and power management systems.
To date, NATIONSTAR has filed 16 patents in the optocoupler field, with product series covering transistor optocouplers, thyristor optocouplers, Darlington optocouplers, and high-speed optocouplers.
Earlier this year, NATIONSTAR was recognized as a 2025 Guangdong Provincial Manufacturing Single-Champion Enterprise for its independently developed "Smart Health Optoelectronic Devices." At the exhibition, the company not only showcased representative achievements of this product line—including smart sensor devices for health monitoring applications in smartwatches and other wearable devices—but also presented VCSEL (Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser), flashlight, and UV LED solutions. These solutions are applicable to consumer electronics scenarios such as smartphones and earphones, as well as smart home applications including robot vacuums and smart toilets, demonstrating NATIONSTAR's innovative footprint and continuous expansion across diverse application scenarios.
On the other side of the booth, a full range of indicator light series products—used in industrial displays and consumer electronics indication—were on display. From compact packages to high-luminance outputs, the diverse specifications cater to the differentiated needs of terminal devices.
As a key pillar of NATIONSTAR's semiconductor packaging and testing strategy, its subsidiary Fenghua Semiconductor showcased a range of third-generation semiconductor packaging products and system integration solutions at the exhibition, working in synergy with the parent company to accelerate the deployment of these products in new energy vehicles and emerging energy storage applications.
Among them, the gallium nitride (GaN) series products leverage driver-integrated packaging and fan-out packaging technologies to deliver higher-efficiency, more compact power semiconductor solutions for applications such as humanoid robots, drones, and industrial servo systems. The silicon carbide (SiC) discrete devices, built on silver sintering technology and multi-chip stacking integration capabilities, excel in thermal dissipation and high-reliability performance, providing safe, reliable, and structurally compact critical device support for circuit protection and photovoltaic-energy storage-charging scenarios.
