In recent years, NATIONSTAR has focused on the R&D of Mini LED backlight technology, continuously accelerating technological breakthroughs in products such as POB and COB. The company has increased investment, deployed fully automated production lines and expanded capacity to further accelerate the commercialization of Mini LED.

At present, NATIONSTAR’s backlight products adopting the latest third-generation Mini POB solution have achieved mass production. These products are applied in 55-inch / 65-inch / 75-inch TVs, 27-inch / 31.5-inch / 34-inch high-end monitors, as well as 86-inch commercial display products.

In terms of Mini COB layout, the company has built a complete fully automated intelligent production line for Mini COB backlights. Its product portfolio covers OD0, OD3, OD5, OD10 and OD15 series, which are used in backlight terminals including TVs, high-end monitors, laptops and tablets.
